All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions. Typical delivery time ranges between 5–9 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rivora cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
